This Victorian book, "BOOK OF GEMS, " is a true gem for collectors and lovers of poetry and art. Edited by S C Hall and published by Saunders & Otley in 1836, this book features various artists as illustrators and is bound in leather.

This is a lovely item. It has a label on the inside of the front cover with the name of Mr J Jordan. A personalised printed inscription to a Miss Eliza Bickerton commemorating the coronation of Queen Victoria on June 28th 1838.
