Beautifully illustrated poem, "Trees", by Joyce Kilmer. Image 8-1/8"H x 6-1/8"W. Vintage frame 12-7/8H x 10-7/8W. I think that I shall never see. A poem lovely as a tree. A tree whose hungry mouth is prest. Against the earth's sweet-flowing breast.

A tree that looks at God all day. And lifts her leafy arms to pray. A tree that may in summer wear.

A nest of robins in her hair. Upon whose bosom snow has lain. Who intimately lives with rain.

Poems are made by fools like me. But only God can make a tree. So sorry for the unclear image, due to reflections off the glass.

Photographing artwork that is framed with glass is very hard. Hopefully the shots from various angles give you a good idea of the image.

I will tape the glass to prevent damage to the print in case of breakage, and I will pack it as carefully as possible to guard against glass breakage. But I cannot be responsible for the glass being broken when you receive this. Please take into account the possibility of having to replace the glass after you receive this framed print.
