Penmaen Press, Lincoln, MA, 1977. Special edition numbered 1-200 and printed on Ragston paper. Note on half-title page to Gerald lange from Michael McCurdy. The book was designed and printed by McCurdy. First English language edition of the poem. Black half clothed binding over b/w illustrated boards in black cloth covered slipcase, uncut pages bound in French-fold fashion. Very fine copy in black cloth slipcase. Text is clean and free of marks. 11-5/8" x 7-3/8" x 13/16.
