This is an Extra Large Book! Edited by Olive Beaupre Miller. Published by The Book House For Children, Chicago. I believe this is the First Edition, but I can't guarantee it, as I'm not an expert. I've shown all identifying factors, to help you determine the printing.

8 3/8" Wide x 11 1/8" Tall. It has a Total of 191 Pages that include Beautiful Color Illustrations! Very Rare and Hard to Find! This book is Overall in Awesome Condition for its age!! Both the front and the back cover of the book are in Good condition, with storage wear present. The Spine and Binding are in tact & tight. The Pages are in Awesome Condition, with No missing pages! The pages are in Pristine Condition, with No Bends, Tears or Writing!!

The white cover page is the only page with some writing in pencil. Very good condition overall, I just wanted to be as detailed as possible! Please see the pictures for more details.
