Gems From Ella Wheeler Wilcox. Jessie Marion King (1875 -1949) - Endpapers, title page and pages of text. Collins Clear Type Press, London & Glasgow. Published in [1927], deemed first edition thus. Contains a selection of poetry.

The book is in good. Decorated boards are worn along edges and small pieces of paper covering are missing. Cloth spine is bumped on ends, spine title is bright. Endpapers are in good condition.

Binding is sound and noted that rear hinge has weakened but that boards are securely attached. Margins of pages of poetry text are decorated with flowers. Always happy to answer any questions. I try to keep postal costs as low as possible and books are always carefully packed using a combination of acid free tissue, bubblewrap and corrugated card/cardboard.
