Limited Edition artwork designed by Henri Chopin and published by Monnaie De Paris, 1988. This particular artwork is both one of the largest and heaviest pieces produced by MDP, weighing 700 grams of monetary bronze. Le Mot D'or' was originally awarded to winners of'The Golden Word' in association with APFA - Actions to promote French business - the word of gold, in association under the patronage of the International organisation of the Francophonie and benefitting from the contribution of the general delegation to the French Language and languages of France. Henri Chopin was a little-known but significant figure of the French and British concrete poetry movements. A curator, editor, musician and poet, he worked in a variety of materials.
