First edition with the complete set of 24 tipped-in colour illustrations and numerous black and white full page and in text illustrations by Florence Harrison. The colour illustrations are all in excellent order tipped on to card pages and each with titled tissue guard present.

Large volume 26 x 19cm. In grey buckram cloth with bright gilt decorations to front and spine. Boards in very good condition, a little ink spotting to front and rear. Interior near Fine, bright condition. Unusually for this volume the interior is clear of any spotting or marks.
