I have here for sale a book entitled POEMS BY JOHN KEATS Illustrations by Robert Anning Bell and Introduction by Walter Raleigh published by George Bell & Sons, London and New York, in 1898. Second Edition, Revised, with several New Illustrations.

First edition published in 1897. This edition contains 26 full-page b/w plates, illustrated section pages, and numerous b/w illustrations, most of which are in-text. The poems include "Endymion"; "Lamia"; "Isabella or the Pot of Basil"; "Hyperion"; "The Eve of St Agnes"; "The Eve of St Mark", Odes, Miscellaneous Poems and Lyrics, and Sonnets.

Beige hardboards with a colour illustration of vines and purple lettering on the front board. Marks, stains and wear to the boards. Gilt lettering and colour decoration on the spine. Spine is discoloured and worn with fraying at the top.

Motif design on the endpapers. Marks and stains on pages with light pencil annotation on some. All pages are firm and the book is in good overall condition. We wrap and post the parcels on Monday and Tuesday - therefore if you pay before midday on Tuesday we will get it in the postal sacks on Tuesday night, and if it is after that time then it will go into the postal service on the following Monday.
