A Very Good copy with staining to front wrap, light edge wear. An issue of the counterculture poetry journal, "printed and edited by Ed Sanders at a secret location on the Lower East Side" according to the back cover. This copy came from the library of gay activist and publisher Charles Shiveley years ago; he was one of poet John Wieners' longtime friends in Boston as well as his publisher for many years. Although unsigned, John Wieners' poem has his distinctive handwriting in pencil with a few corrections in the margins; apparently he also crossed his name out in pen.
